How to Find the best Wi-Fi Channel for your router on any OS.

Image
Are you facing problems with your Wi-Fi connection at home cutting in and out, or do you have issues with it running way too slower than it should? The first thing I would suggest and that you may have already done to fix this is to power down your Router for 20 or 30 seconds, then turn it back on again depending on the cause of your problem. This may fix it, but occasionally they hang up for some reason and need to be reset, and powering them off and back on again fixes it.

There are three levels of administration levels in Office 365. They are:

• User level: This level is assigned to anyone who isn't an administrator or a member of an administrator's team.

• Global administrator level: In Office 365, this is the primary administrator who also serves as a SharePoint administrator.

• Customized Administrator-level: This type of administrator has been granted special permissions based on the person's specific tasks and roles.

4-    What is o365 governance?

Ans-

In-Office 365, governance refers to the application of processes and policies to achieve specific organizational goals. It addresses all aspects of compliance, security, and planning, as well as IT and technology.

5-    What is the use of ADFS in Office 365?

Ans-

Active Directory Federation Services, or ADFS, is a web service and feature of the Windows Server Operating System that allows users outside of an organization's network to share identity information. This is primarily used in Office 365 to allow people who are not employees of the company to access limited data.

6-    What are the identity models available in Office 365?

Ans-

Office 365 manages user accounts using Azure Active Directory, a cloud-based user authentication service. To create and manage user accounts, there are three identity models to choose from.

• Cloud Identity: Only Office 365 will be used to manage users (Azure AD). To manage users, no on-premise servers are required. All user management, including creation, is done in the cloud.

Synchronized Identity: Identities are synchronized from the on-premises directory to Office 365 (Azure AD), and user management is handled at the on-premises directory. Passwords can be synced so that users have the same password on-premises as well as in the cloud. There is no single sign-on experience, so users must sign in on both On-Premise and Office 365.

• Federated Identity: Identities from on-premises directories are synchronized with Office 365 (Azure AD), and user management is handled by On-Premise AD. Users use the same password on-premises, and in the cloud, they do not need to sign in again to use Office 365. Single sign-on is another term for it.

7-    What are Enterprise Mobility and Security Service in office 365?

Ans-

Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS) is a security solution designed to address the challenges of a mobile-first, cloud-first environment. EMS not only safeguards the company's identity but also detects security breaches before they cause harm.

Microsoft Office 365 offers two plans, one with Enterprise Mobility and the other with Security.

• Azure Active Directory Premium P1, Microsoft Intune, Azure Information Protection Premium P1, and Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics are included in Enterprise Mobile + Security E3.

• Azure Active Directory Premium P2, Azure Information Protection Premium P2, and Microsoft Cloud App Security are included in Enterprise Mobile + Security E5.

8-    What is DirSync, Azure AD Sync and Azure AD connect?

Ans-

DirSync, Azure AD Sync, and Azure AD Connect are tools for synchronizing On-Premise AD objects with Office 365 (Azure Active Directory), essential for Federated Identity.

The most well-known product for synchronizing on-premises directories with Azure Active Directory is DirSync. Multi-forest directory synchronization is not possible with DirSync.

The next version of DirSync is Azure AD Sync, which includes multi-forest directory synchronization and password writeback.

Microsoft's Directory Synchronization software, Azure AD Connect, is the most recent version. Azure AD Connect is recommended for larger organizations with many objects, and it includes features such as SSO and group write back.

9-    What are the mailbox migration options available for Office 365 migration?

Ans-

Cutover Migration entails migrating all mailboxes at the same time. If your customer is using Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, or 2013, we can use this Migration type.

Migrate mailboxes in batches with staged Migration. Customers using Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007 can use staged Migration.

Migrate mailboxes using an integrated Exchange Server and Office 365 environment with hybrid migration. When you need to keep your customer's on-premises and online mailboxes while gradually migrating users and email to Office 365, hybrid migration is the way to go.

IMAP Migration – IMAP migration is a transfer of emails from Gmail, Exchange, and other email systems that support it. Only the items in the users' inbox or other mail folders are migrated when you use an IMAP migration to migrate the user's email. IMAP does not support the Migration of contacts, calendar items, or tasks, but a user can do so.

10-  What is the difference between Staged Migration and Hybrid Migration?

Ans-

When using Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010, we will not get the whole Hybrid experience if we do stage migrations. For example, if an Out of Office setting is set on a mailbox and the mailbox is migrated to Office 365, the OOO settings will not be carried forward. To migrate mailboxes from Exchange On-Premise to Office 365, Outlook Anywhere is used.

Hybrid Migration gives you a complete hybrid experience. For Migration, MRS Proxy Migration endpoints (EWS) are used.
